If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 15 calendar days for returns and exchanges.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 15 calendar days from date of receipt for a replacement/exchange, credit, or refund (shipping charges are not refundable). 

Please email customerservice@classicbikerleather.com to get a Return Authorization Number.  A return authorization number must accompany all returns, and must be clearly written on the outside of the package.  You must indicate the reason for the return.

Exchanges are subject to additional shipping & handling charges.


If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

After notifying Classic Biker Leather of the return, items must be received by us within 15 calendar days of the return authorization number being issued.

 We inspect all returns prior to processing any replacements, exchanges or refunds.

  • All original tags must be still attached on the garment.
  • Items damaged while opening package (cuts, slices, scrapes, punctures, etc.) are non-returnable.
  • Items with any indications of wear or with odors will be shipped back to customers at his/her expense.


Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Closeout & Clearance items and/or International orders are FINAL SALE, and non-returnable.

Exchanges are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be credited the full amount less shipping and handling. Unauthorized returns will be returned at customer’s expense.

Please insure your package as we cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged returns.  Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We send most of our items out by FedEx or UPS.  Most items ship within 1-3 business days. We will send you the tracking number of your shipment as soon as it ships. Please make sure your spam filter is not blocking the domain classicbikerleather.com. NOTE: Fisher Electronics and Teknetics Metal Detectors Do not allow shipment of units overseas. U.S. Sales only.

Ground Shipping Timing: 3-10 business days.

Please note that any free shipping promotions are limited to the 48 continental United States.

There may be an extra shipping cost for shipping to our Alaska and Hawaii customers.

We do ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. USPS costs may be higher than UPS or FedEx, if so, we will contact you. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

International Customers are responsible for any and all VAT, duties, taxes, fees, etc. at the destination country.

Your payments are processed through PayPal but it is not necessary to have a PayPal account. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).  When registering or logging in to PayPal, they verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Hillside USA's products carry a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on the workmanship of every leather garment manufactured by Hillside USA. If a leather seam ever opens, a zipper breaks, a snap falls off or defective leather, we will repair or replace it for the life of the garment, under normal wear and use. Products that have become damaged due to pins, patches, misuse or neglect can be repaired but not replaced. Lining, Elastic and Velcro are guaranteed for three-years from the date of purchase. We will advise you of the cost of the repair or replacement and await your approval before proceeding. We reserve the right to approve or deny a claim. Accessories section is not covered. Original invoice is needed in order to process your return. Damaged products should be returned directly to the manufacturer. You should send the product freight prepaid and insured, to the address below. Please include a note explaining the problem, along with $10.00 for return shipping and handling within the USA. International customers are responsible for the actual return shipping and insurance charges. Lifetime Guarantee is not transferable.
